Transfer Information

We offer round-trip transportation from the port* and the Gros Islet-Castries area at a cost of 14 USD per person.

•    Return Time: 1.5 hours before your ship departs
 
Our driver will be located outside the exit of the cruise line and will carry a sign with the property logo. Completely outside the terminal.

* The port is located approximately 15-20 minutes from the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa based on traffic. Return transportation departs from the resort lobby an hour and a half prior to the ship’s departure time. This is finalized with reception upon arrival.

Travel Tips

• Sun protection is extremely important in St. Lucia. Be sure to pack a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen to prevent burns and over-exposure.
• Brightly colored, loose-fitting, and lightweight clothing to help keep you cool and comfortable.
• Linen and cotton clothes are best.Like many other islands, mosquitos are present in St. Lucia.
• Pack some mosquito repellant to take with you on excursions and tours around the island.

Day Passes are confirmed at your preferred property and MUST be reserved in advance. The day pass is available for use from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Kindly include the name of the vessel on which you will be arriving when booking.

Customers will receive a full refund within 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
